Petavius and surroundings

Observations of  Petavius were performed for a GLR project to capture images of the Moon.
Our investigation have the following objectiv-relate amatorial images to remote visual observations.
Petavius is a  large crater . Petavius is complex, floor fractured crater from the Imbrium Period. The more prominent Rille is easily seen.
We report some considerations for  next observations, being a GLR project.
We recommend more study of this area specially under low illumination angles.
