On 3 february 2002 S. Nardella reported us several frames
concerning a suspect albedo in the region located at 16.8S 10.3E ( Atlas of
the moon by A.Rukl plate #56).
The observation by Nardella was carried out on 3 february 2002 at 01:37
UT (Seeing:I -II Antoniadi scale) using a Schmidt-Cassegrain Celestron C8 203mm
f10 and a Digital Camera Casio Qv 2800vx (Afocal mode and TeleVue Plossl
25mm).
From the reported data the Azm was 120°37' with a lunar phase at
67,07 %

The interested region, having high albedo feature, shows the presence of ejecta.
This ejecta is visible in figure below at the same coordinates.

Our data showed that the spot is not an suspect event but it is an high albedo feature (presence of a small craters).
